Newborn Model Call Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in modeling for my business!

The purpose of this model call is to photograph new props and knit items that I want to use in my sessions. Some knit items may also be photographed specifically for the use of advertisement and retail sale. The session will have a specific previously determined style, additional items brought from home for posing purposes will not be allowed at these sessions.

I typically need babies that are under 14 days old for newborn model calls. These sessions are conducted free of charge and have no monetary compensations. Parents will be given 5 images for their time, and may have the opportunity to purchase additional images for a fee if images are available.

To be considered for a newborn model call, please fill out this questionnaire below. If you are chosen to participate in the model call, you will be contacted by email.

 

Parents who have a session already scheduled with another photographer are kindly asked to not apply for this model call.
