Wow, it's been a MINUTE since I've posted a blog. Looing back on my old posts I am amazed to see my business's growth. It's been well over a year since I wrote anything on the blog, and in that time I've had a baby myself AND gone completely full time with my business. So you could say I've been pretty busy! I thought I'd restart the blogging mindset by just putting some of my recent work from the last year on here for your enjoyment.
Newborn sessions continue to be some of my all time favorite sessions to photograph in my studio. I love everything about them, even when the babies throw me an awake-baby challenge, bring it on! I always tell all of my clients when we start the session that the baby runs the show, and I have an incredible amount of patience. We listen to how the baby reacts in the sessions, and sometime that means taking breaks or skipping poses they just do not like, and that's perfectly okay!
I've had more siblings joining the sessions this past year and they have all been so sweet. I love capturing that fresh sibling bond, and you will cherish having these memories captured as well.
Along with babies, I have been so excited to see SO many of the babies return to the studio for their cake smash/one year session! Nothing makes me happier than seeing your families return to continue to document their life, it is the biggest compliment in my opinion.
I also recently did my own daughter's one year session, so I definitely have to include her in this! If you can't tell, she is definitely my sunshine. I hope that red hair is here to stay.
And lastly I have also been adding more outdoor family sessions to the calendar lately. Don't let 4 years go by and realize that you have no updated family images! It's so cliche to say, but time really is a thief, the years slip by so fast.
